4. Contact-form processing

Contact-form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to AM Logistics. Formspree acts as a service provider for form delivery and may process submission details and associated technical information on infrastructure outside Seychelles. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

5. Website analytics

We use a self-hosted Matomo Analytics installation on the am-logistics.net domain to measure visits and understand how the website is used. Matomo tracking cookies are disabled, and the website respects supported browser Do Not Track settings. We do not use Google Analytics.

Cookieless analytics can still process limited device, network, and usage information. Analytics information is used only for website measurement and improvement and is not sold.

6. Trustpilot

The homepage displays review information using Trustpilot. Loading or following Trustpilot content may allow Trustpilot to receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page visited, and may involve cookies or similar technologies controlled by Trustpilot. 7. Legal basis and disclosure

We process information where necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward providing services, pursue legitimate business and website-security interests, comply with legal duties, or where you have provided consent.
